Keith Zoellner
Chairman, StoredIQ Advisory Board
During his tenure at StoredIQ, Keith served as CTO, and provided a technical voice in strategic planning for the company. He led and managed the research and development of the StoredIQ's technology offering.
Keith has over 20 years of experience in successfully building and managing technology-based organizations. He is currently the CTO of Spredfast, Prior to joining Spredfast, he held the CTO position at StoredIQ for seven years. Prior to StoredIQ, Keith was the CTO and vice president of engineering/operations for Mshow.com, where he was instrumental in transforming a start-up operation into an innovative, market-leading technology organization. Prior to Mshow.com, Keith was the CTO and vice president of engineering of Ambac Connect, Inc., where he was responsible for the management of the software engineering organization, software development process and infrastructure, overall technical strategy and architecture design for all of the company's electronic commerce solutions. Keith has also served as vice president of engineering at Commerce Direct International and earlier in his career directed large engineering teams within software product organizations at both EDS and Andersen Consulting (Foundation Software Organization).
Florinda Baldridge
Global Director of Practice Support, Fulbright & Jaworski
Florinda joined Fulbright & Jaworski, L.L.P in 2000 as the Director of Practice Support, where she tapped into her 20 years of experience in the legal industry to build the Firm’s global practice support organization. With a focus on strategic legal technology, client service and a consultative philosophy, Florinda built the Firm’s practice support department from seven employees to its current strength of nearly sixty employees across the nation.
As a pioneer in the electronic discovery services arena, Florinda assembled a group of technology and litigation specialists, developed standard protocols and procedures, and deployed a project management methodology to support the Firm’s lawyers and its clients in complex electronic discovery. Instrumental in launching the firm’s Electronic Discovery Committee, Florinda provides electronic discovery consulting services to lawyers and clients in governmental enforcement and regulatory investigations, product liability, antitrust, and other complex litigation matters. She is a frequent speaker at conferences throughout the country on a broad range of topics, including, records and information management, emerging legal technology, document review considerations, process engineering, and international electronic discovery.
Greg Buckles
Independent eDiscovery Consultant
Gregory Buckles is an independent eDiscovery consultant specializing in enterprise technology and work flow solutions with over 20 years in discovery and consulting. Greg’s career roles span law enforcement, legal service provider, corporate legal, law firm and legal software development. This deep and diverse background combines with exposure to the discovery challenges of Fortune 500 clients to provide a unique industry perspective. He also provides market and product analyst services to top tier software and venture capital companies.
Syed Farooq
Document and Project Management Specialist, Financial Services Company
Syed Farooq is a Documentation and Project Management Specialist specializing in Content Management and work flow management solutions. Syed’s career spans many industries including Pharmaceutical, Retail, Software Development, and Financial Services to name a few. Prior to working for Financial Services Company, Syed was a Senior Consultant for Fortune 100 company, Accenture, in the Portals and Content Management group. Syed also has extensive knowledge and work experience on Document Capture and Records Management Solutions.
Jake Frazier
Managing Director, Huron Consulting Group
Jake assists corporate legal departments and law firms identify, evaluate and implement in-house eDiscovery and information governance solutions. These solutions are designed to produce the largest return on investment and reduce risk. Jake participated as a founding member of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and also as a member of the Sedona Conference. Prior to joining Huron, Jake was senior director of eDiscovery and archiving at EMC Corp., a Fortune 200 technology company. Previously he served as vice president of sales and marketing at RenewData.
Huong T. Nguyen
Senior Director, Intellectual Property, Impax
Huong T. Nguyen is currently in-house counsel at Impax Laboratories, Inc., a technology-based specialty pharmaceutical company utilizing controlled-release and other in-house development and formulation expertise to develop both generic and branded products. Before joining Impax, Huong was an attorney at the law firms of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and Bingham McCutchen, where her practice focused on intellectual property litigation and counseling. Huong’s experience affords her the unique understanding of the entire eDiscovery process from both the in-house and outside counsel perspective, as well as the life cycle management of electronically stored information.
Lynn Rundle
Project Management Consultant, Financial Services Company
Lynn Rundle is a Project Manager within Business Technology focused on Litigation Support for a Fortune 500 company. Through various internal initiatives, Lynn has most recently worked toward reducing corporate litigation cost and time using technology and process improvement. Lynn has ten years of experience in information technology centered on infrastructure implementations for the financial industry.
Bryan Whiteside
Manager, IT Security, Audit, and Enterprise Architect, Cameron Energy
Bryan G. Whiteside is Manager of Global IT Security for Cameron. He joined Cameron in November 1999 as Senior Network Analyst responsible global Messaging systems, Directory services, and Server services. In July 2005 he was named Information Technology Architect responsible for implementing Infrastructure and Security improvements, designed/built Cameron’s Active Directory, and planned/implemented numerous acquisition integrations. In April 2007, Bryan was named Manager IT Security and has since taken on additional roles leading IT Audit activity and Enterprise Architecture responsibility.
Bryan previously served five years with Invensys (formerly Foxboro), three years with Texas Parks and Wildlife, and two years with Texas State University all in IT roles.
