StoredIQ Launches Thought-leadership Initiatives in Big Data

Recognized Industry Experts Join StoredIQ Advisory Board and new Big Data Bytes Community creates an Open Forum for business, technical and legal leaders to drive Big Data Innovation

AUSTIN, TX – October 3, 2011 – StoredIQ, a global leader in actionable information governance solutions, including eDiscovery, records management, compliance and storage optimization, today announced the formation of an Industry Advisory Board along with the launch of the “Big Data Bytes” blog. The shared objective of both thought-leadership initiatives is to advance the state of the information management and eDiscovery market, to accelerate the availability of critical knowledge and technology, and to establish a feedback mechanism to further product innovation in the industry.

Industry Advisory Board
The StoredIQ Industry Advisory Board charter members include senior level executives representing the financial, legal, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries as well as the industry analyst community. Members will convene on a quarterly basis to discuss, debate, and have open dialogue on industry trends, business and technology drivers, key customer issues, and market opportunities—this quarter the focus is on “Big Data”.

“Industry advisory boards are a productive platform to exchange pragmatic advice, unique perspectives and collaborate about best practices and technology advances,” said Greg Buckles, co-founder of eDiscoveryJournal, an independent research organization. “With that in mind, the members of StoredIQ’s newly formed advisory board will share their insights from a broad range of industries to analyze trends and better understand the ever-changing eDiscovery and information management arena.”
