StoredIQ Education Services
StoredIQ Education Services provides comprehensive technical training that is key to using and understanding the StoredIQ Platform. Our goal is to provide you with training that helps you with your role to make everything you do more effective and efficient. We offer a wide variety of training, including but not limited to, instructor led training, online training, custom designed training, certification training, webinars and self-contained courses covering a range of topics and use cases. Training can be delivered on-site or online.
StoredIQ Courses
StoredIQ offers a variety of different classes to meet the needs of any user for both customers and/or partners.
The Basic level classes include foundational topics covering essential StoredIQ Platform concepts, as well as introductory application user and IT administration features and functionality. With the Advanced level courses, master subjects are covered, which enable users to get the most out of their StoredIQ solution. In addition to the Basic and Advanced courses, StoredIQ can also provide custom classes to cover alternative Information Management subjects tailored for a customer’s environment or application.
Other Programs
Education Services offers other assistance through programs such as Shadow Training and Manage Services. These programs are for System Administration as well as specific business uses, such as eDiscovery, Information Governance, and Records Management.
During shadow training, a StoredIQ Certified Professional Consultant will work with customers and provide hands-on, real time mentoring, and training on live projects. Shadow training is a great way to contribute visibility and substantially help fulfill your requirements while learning about the capabilities of StoredIQ. For those customers that prefer to outsource the management of the system, StoredIQ’s Managed Services provides you with a full time resource that will operate the StoredIQ platform for you when you need it.
StoredIQ Certifications
StoredIQ certifications are awarded to customers and partners who have completed the Advanced-Level training and passed a comprehensive technical exam. Three types of certifications are available: StoredIQ Certified Administrator™, StoredIQ Certified Legal Analyst™, and StoredIQ Certified Consultant™.
