Automatic classification of data based on business, legal and compliance needs
StoredIQ accelerates the understanding of large amounts of unstructured content with a powerful engine for classification and tagging. An intuitive web interface allows users to easily create and define custom tags leveraging over 250 out-of-the-box attributes for content extraction, classification, and searching. Users can easily extend and customize tags to create a rich semantic vocabulary that is designed to meet the needs of the organization. StoredIQ also makes available synthetic tags for objects which are derived values that provide additional useful metadata, such as processing return codes and digital signatures.
With a unified search interface, StoredIQ users can create advanced expressions that can identify responsive data based on multiple parameters that include system metadata, object metadata, content, and natural language entities that may exist within a document. Users can then apply standard tags (e.g. Escalate, Non-Responsive, Privileged, etc.) or custom tags to those objects either manually (for example, during first-pass-review) or automatically. Tags can be applied to the results of a query, and can be applied once or reapplied automatically to keep tags current.
Key Highlights:
- Define tags based on business or legal needs leveraging 250 out-of-the-box attributes
- Classify data using tags based on attribute, metadata, keyword strings, regular expressions, or natural language entities
- Automatically or manually apply tags to the results of queries
- Tags can be applied once or updated automatically as ESI evolves
